IT ERP – Finance Specialist
Position Summary
The IT ERP – Finance Specialist is responsible for supporting, optimizing, and maintaining ERP financial systems and related business applications within a lithium battery separator manufacturing environment. This role serves as the primary functional and technical resource for ERP finance modules, including General Ledger (G/L), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), costing, inventory management, Bills of Material (BOM), routing, and financial analytics.
The position plays a critical role in the implementation, administration, reporting, and continuous improvement of NetSuite ERP systems and associated business intelligence platforms such as SuiteAnalytics and Power BI. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of manufacturing finance processes, ERP systems, business analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
ERP System Administration & Support
Support implementation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of NetSuite ERP systems.
Serve as functional support resource for finance-related ERP modules and business processes.
Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external vendors.
Maintain ERP master data, workflows, user access, and system configurations.
Support ERP upgrades, testing, integrations, and system enhancements.
Finance Systems & Reporting
Support and maintain ERP modules related to:
General Ledger (G/L)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Fixed Assets
Cost Accounting
Inventory Management
Manufacturing Costing
BOM & Routing Structures
Assist with month-end and year-end financial system processes.
Support financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit requirements.
Develop and maintain ERP reporting tools and dashboards.
Manufacturing & Inventory Support
Support manufacturing system functionality related to production orders, inventory transactions, and costing.
Maintain Bills of Material (BOM), routing structures, and inventory accuracy within ERP systems.
Assist operations and finance teams with inventory analysis and cost reporting.
Support material tracking, cycle count processes, and production reporting.
Analytics & Business Intelligence
Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using:
NetSuite SuiteAnalytics
Power BI
ERP reporting tools
Analyze operational and financial data to support business decisions.
Create KPI dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
Support leadership with reporting, forecasting, and data visualization needs.
Project Management & Continuous Improvement
Participate in ERP implementation and optimization projects.
Identify opportunities for automation and process standardization.
Assist with documentation, SOP development, and user training.
Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational and financial performance.
User Support & Training
Provide ERP user support and troubleshooting assistance.
Conduct end-user training related to ERP systems and reporting tools.
Develop training materials and process documentation.
Assist departments with system adoption and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Equivalent ERP implementation or systems experience may be considered.
Experience
3–7 years of ERP systems experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
Experience with NetSuite ERP implementation and support strongly preferred.
Experience supporting finance systems, costing, inventory, BOMs, routing, and manufacturing operations required.
Experience with SuiteAnalytics, Power BI, SQL, or business intelligence reporting tools preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Strong understanding of ERP systems and manufacturing finance processes.
Knowledge of G/L, AP, AR, inventory, costing, and financial reporting workflows.
Experience with manufacturing operations, BOM structures, and routing processes.
