In the role ofSr BSAt,youlltackle complex challenges as you develop and diversify your professional experiences whilehelping others grow and develop their skills. In this role you willbe responsible for: Developingdetailed business user requirements, system documentation, workflow procedures, and data modeling.Negotiatesplans, timeframesand trade-offs while ensuring scientific partners understand thefinal resultsof the project.
Ensuringcurrent andaccuratesystem documentation, coordinates and/or performs testing of system modifications, of both validated and non-validated systems.Provides systemsexpertiseand supports system training, educationaltoolsand materials.

Tools and skills you will use in this role:
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems or a related field with 5 years of experience, or a Masters degree with 4 years of experience
Must be deliverables focused and detail oriented. Mustexhibitexceptional teamwork skills. Must have a strong customer focus.
Preferred Background inscientificinformatics(LIMS, SDMS, CDS, etc.)and lab operations. Work experience in pharmaceutical industry within R&D organization. Work experience in a laboratory IT role. Experience in the development, implementation, and operations of a large-scale,enterprisesystems.
