Job Summary:

KBR is seeking a Senior FMS Program Analyst to join our team! This position supports the PMA-265 F/A-18 and EA-18G Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Team at the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) at Patuxent River, MD. The selected candidate will provide direct business, acquisition, program management, engineering technical service support, and day-to-day operations support. This position requires a self-starter who requires limited oversight. Ability to assess, apply, and recommend improvements to established business processes and can balance priorities to work effectively in the fast-paced program office environment.

RoleandResponsibilities:

  • The selected candidate will have responsibilities to include but not limited to coordinating government/contractor personnel staffing requirements, coordinating responses to data drills, analyzing data, coordinating and preparing program briefings, programstatusreports,pointpapers,requestsforinformation,andotherdocumentationasrequired,whileensuringtasksare completed on or before due date.
  • Assistsindevelopingplansincludingbudgetsandschedulestomeetcontractual/projectrequirementsfortheIPTprograms.
  • ManagesdaytodayoperationsacrosstheIPTandprovidesprogrammanagement,businessandacquisitioncontinuityinthe absence of the IPT Lead and makes recommendations in support of program execution, and out-year planning.
  • ExecutesincomingdrillsandtasksfromoutsideorganizationsandcoordinatesresponsesthroughOPSandPMA Leadership.

FunctionalDescription:

  • Appliesanalytictechniquesintheevaluationofprogram/projectobjectives.Analyzesrequirements,status,budgetand schedules.
  • Performsmanagement,technical,orbusinesscaseanalyses.
  • Collects,completes,organizesandinterpretsdatarelatingtoaircraft/weaponsystemproductacquisitionandprograms.
  • Tracksprogram/projectstatusandschedules.
  • Appliesgovernment-institutedprocessesfordocumentation,changecontrolmanagementanddatamanagement.

BasicQualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegreeinengineering,science,businessadministrationorequivalentexperience.
  • 10yearsexperienceintechnicalprogramplanningandimplementation,contractinterpretation,budgetdevelopment,and administration of government projects.
  • Anactivesecretlevelsecurityclearanceisrequired.
  • MustbehighlyproficientinMicrosoftOffice(Word;Excel;PowerPoint;Project&Outlook).
  • ContractRequirements(AllowableSubstitution):

  • MA/MSdegree OR;
  • BachelorsDegreeplustwo(2)yearsadditionalworkexperienceperformingdutiesdescribedinthefunctionaldescriptionof the labor category may be substituted for a Masters Degree.
  • AssociatesDegreeplusfour(4)yearsadditionalworkexperienceperformingdutiesdescribedinthefunctionaldescriptionof the labor category may be substituted for a Masters Degree.
  • Six(6)yearsadditionalworkexperienceperformingdutiesdescribedinthefunctionaldescriptionofthelaborcategorymaybe substituted for a Masters Degree.
  • 10yearsofcombinedexperienceperformingdutiesdescribedinthefunctionaldescription.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5yearsofexperiencesupportingNAVAIRisdesired.

Compensation: $105,160.00 - $157,630.00. The salary range posted is for Maryland locations. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, contract affordability, and in consideration of internal parity.
