GDIT is accelerating agentic AI transformation across the enterprise and is seeking an AI Product Manager to translate our enterprise AI strategy and roadmap into a portfolio of high-impact AI agents built by and for GDIT. This role is ideal for a product leader who excels at defining problems, clarifying requirements, and driving cross-functional alignmentwhile working closely with engineering teams responsible for technical implementation.
MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As an AI Product Manager, your work will directly support GDITs workforce and the adoption of AIenabled workflows across the company. Your responsibilities include:
Translate GDITs enterprise AI strategy and roadmap into AI product strategies and a portfolio of enterprise AI agents for internal adoption.
Establish product problem statements, user needs, requirements, and measurable success criteria aligned to enterprise AI governance standards.
Develop product epics and high-level features that organize approved AI use cases into value-driven increments aligned to user outcomes and success criteria.
Partner with functional stakeholders (e.g., Growth, HR, Finance, Legal) to understand workflows, identify high-value use cases, and align on expected outcomes.
Collaborate with AI Engineering teamson feasibility, scope, pilot planning, evaluation design, and release readinesswithout leading engineering execution.
Work with organizational change management (OCM)to support adoption and readiness for enterprise AI agents.
Lead product-level prioritization discussions and align stakeholders on scope, tradeoffs, and delivery expectations.
Communicate product progress, key decisions, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership with clarity and consistency.
WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your product management expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The AI Product Manager must have:
Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., computer science, data science, engineering)
Experience:
- 5+ years of product management experiencein technical or enterprise software environments, including demonstrated prior experience managing AI-enabled products.
Skills:
- PracticalAI literacy,including familiarity with LLMs, retrievalaugmented workflows, agentic patterns, evaluation fundamentals sufficient to scope use cases and assess feasibility.
- Strong ability tocreate clarity from ambiguity, craft precise requirements, and drive alignment across stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
- Excellentcommunication skills.

- Hands-on exposure to agentic AI workflows or products.
- Experience with AI evaluation frameworks or AI governance requirements.
- Experience with UX/design.
